Privacy Policy


  1. Blackridge Marketing (BRM) respects Users’ privacy. This Privacy Policy explains (i) what information BRM collects through the Users access and use of the Website as well as through the access and use of the Services; (ii) the use BRM makes of such information; and (iii) the security level BRM provides for protecting such information.
  2. By accessing and/or using the Services, the Users agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and are aware that BRM’s policies may change in the future to adapt to future practices, technology or modification in the law.

Collected information

  1. BRM may process a variety of information provided by and collected from Users. Such information includes a log of all IP addresses accessing the Website, information regarding User activity on the Website, personal and other information provided in the registration process, information contained in Company Profiles and Investment Proposals, information regarding investments made by Investors and accepted by Entrepreneurs, messages exchanged between Users and BRM, information collected from third parties and other websites and any other information BRM obtains through operating the Website (“User Information”).
  2. BRM also collects User Information from third parties plugins/websites that is provided by visitors who submit that User Information through the Website.

Use of collected information

  1. BRM uses User Information that User provided BRM to perform the Services for which the data was collected.
  2. BRM may also process User Information in order to customize the content and advertising on the Website, conduct analysis and research on an anonymous basis, improve products and services and provide anonymous statistics.

Third party websites

The Website may contain links to other websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any company or individual that BRM does not control, nor to any websites that may be linked from the Website. Users should carefully review the privacy policies of any websites that Users visit from the Website to learn more about their information and privacy practices. The collection and use of User Information or any other personal information shall be governed by such other party or website’s privacy policy. BRM cannot be held responsible for their privacy practices.

Communication to third parties

  1. BRM may in some limited instances communicate User Information to BRM’s partners, affiliates, third party service providers and third parties to whom BRM outsources the performance of some Services (such as storage of User Content and analyzing usage and performance of the Services for statistical purposes).
  2. BRM reserves the right to disclose User Information in the event of a warrant, court order or legal action requiring BRM to disclose such information or if BRM considers disclosure necessary in order to comply with the law or to protect its rights and other interests, such as to prevent fraud or imminent harm and ensuring the security of BRM’s network.

International transfer

User Information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of the Users state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in Users’ jurisdiction. In submitting such User Information, each User specifically agrees to that transfer.


  1. BRM also uses “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that BRM transfers to electronic device and is stored on the User’s electronic device. When Users access and use the Services, e.g. the Website, the cookie identifies the User’s electronic device. BRM also uses cookies to measure the traffic to and usage of the Services and their different features, and other miscellaneous uses. BRM’s Cookies Policy is set forth herein below.

Privacy Policy changes

BRM may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and at BRM’s sole discretion. If BRM does it, then BRM will post the amended Privacy Policy on the Website. By the renewed access and use of the Services after the changes, Users agree to the modified Privacy Policy. In all cases, use of information BRM collects is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.

Data security

BRM uses industry-standard security measures to protect User Information against loss, misuse, alteration and deletion. BRM stores User Information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, but BRM cannot guarantee for complete security.

Review and Access

Upon request, BRM will provide each User with a summary of the information BRM collects about the User. Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law, Users will have the opportunity to correct, update, modify or delete this information by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. This Privacy Policy and all matters arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be governed by Luxembourg law at the exclusion of any provisions of conflict of law rules that might lead to the application of other than Luxembourg law.
  2. Users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg, Luxembourg, for any conflict arising from or in connection with this Privacy Policy.

  1. Luxembourg Growth Forum (BRM) uses several types of cookies. Some are essential, while others Users can opt out of or block. Opting out or blocking some cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.
  2. The below explanations shall help Users to make informed choices about the information Users provide to BRM when Users access and use the Services, in particular when Users visit the Website.
